here it is: UX Designer role, combination of both visual (20%) and technical (60%), and good writing skills (10%).
Someone who is super reliable and easy going. Great team player is very very important, and self motivated.
The manager wants someone who can self managed and self motivated. She is a very hands off manager, can't spend time handholding anyone. There's another UX person in the SF team, who came from a “writing” background. This person will be working independently and should have a "take charge" attitude, yet great team player. Knows how to work with all levels within an organization.

This group is dedicated to helping their members achieve personal, professional and financial success. The challenge is to use a wide array of vehicles to communicate and to empower team members in these three areas across a broad and diverse population.
Ideally someone who is available to start in the next few weeks. The sooner, the better but will be flexible if need be. Standard positions at this company are “long term contract”, but these roles sometimes get converted permanently if the candidate is interested in that. Otherwise, they can do up to a 18 month contract. Will start out with year-end option of extension on Dec 31st.

Responsible for developing and executing customer experience solutions for online applications and Web sites. Works on high-profile or complex projects, and may lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists, including content strategists, information architects, user interface designers, visual designers, and developers. Responsible for developing and executing design solutions for projects. Develops and executes customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including: customer experience brief, site strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypes Assesses business, user and technical requirements. Analyzes relevant internal and external sites and consults standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices. Designs, develops, tests and refines prototypes. Provides product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams. Presents and defends designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Develops new research and tests theories that lead to alternative, leading edge design solutions.: 5+ years experience in communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic and visual arts.
