The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing all agency resources while providing strategic and tactical direction to ensure that clients’ marketing needs are being met.
Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of agency experience, with at least 3 years in pharmaceuticals
· Excellent strategic skills as well as project management ability
· Product launch and FDA experience
· Ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic marketing strategies
· Ability to work with internal and external departments while meeting all deadlines
· Ability to lead and mentor account team members and delegate as appropriate
· Ability to manage a budget with strong expense management
