• in addition, ideal candidate would help create ongoing store display photography as needed; do a mock set up for a merchandise display in-store then photograph it. Core Item Planner needed for giant retail in NYC!

Core Item Planner / PO Management is needed for one of our favorite client in NYC.

PURPOSE: The Core Item Planner / PO Management serves as the Planner for a book of business and is primarily responsible for forecasting the demand from our Partners for Regular Business Replenishable items.

The Planner will work closely with the Senior Beauty Planner and the Procurement Manager to ensure we are appropriately in stock in all RB Beauty items to support the forecasted sales in all international markets. The Planner will provide ship sales and retail sales analysis, insights and recommendations to maximize sales and profits for our partners.

 The Planner will work closely with the beauty Allocator to ensure that new launches are appropriately allocated and replenishment is readily available to support partner orders. This role will also be responsible for helping to manage Purchase Order review and Approval across all product categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must possess the ability to: Conduct bottoms-up Forecast – gain consensus on Tops Down plan
  • Develop SKU level demand forecasts for Core Replenishable Beauty Items
  • Prepare recommendations and analysis for key meetings/decisions in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory productivity
  • Responsible for partnering with Procurement Manager and Mast partners on production quantities
  • Perform seasonal in depth sales analysis to guide in future planning
  • Assist Allocators for all product categories in the Purchase Order Review and Approval process
  • Additional analytical responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
