Job details:
- Manager or assist manager level freelance position that manages the development of fragrance and body care products.
- Drives day to day project management by coordinating across functions (e.g. fragrance, package engineering, design, retail, etc.)
- Ensure that deadlines in commercialization process are met, key decisions are made.
- Elevate issues when needed in order to develop compelling, commercial products that meet the objectives of the original brief.
- Provides support to team members as needed.
- Must have strong communication and project management skills, be detailed oriented and able to work in fast pace environment.
- Have experience beauty, CPG, marketing, or other project based industries (e.g. consulting).
