Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all BOM (bill of materials) color way and trim input for PINK Apparel and Accessories, from Design Review to DMA 2 and for new styles only from DMA 2.
• Directly work with Pre pro to update any BOM discrepancies up to DMA 2.
• Prepares all tech packs with required information for design to pass off. Will make any necessary updates to BOMs that result after pass off.
• Communicate palette update needs and priorities to CAD Flex input team, to facilitate speed and efficiency of BOM updates.
• Attend all Flex-related development, upgrade, and process meetings. Become a Flex Super User.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with upkeep of Design tracking tools, including:
• Updating deck after DMA 1 pass off and surface design deadlines
• Maintain updating decks so there is always a most recent one for DMA/ cut review meetings.
• Maintain binders of past Decks and all BOMS that are passed.
• Work with CAD to create combos for any new buttons, labels etc etc that come out of DMA meetings.
Looking for someone with strong ability to multi task and work through high pressure situations. Good communicator. This position is mostly flex data entry. This is not a creative role.
Experience:
- Prior PLM/Flex knowledge
- Retail and product development background helpful
